I liked the stay, but the noise was a problem.

The price was good, yet the place felt a bit run‑down; the manager was friendly but the room was dirty with mold, heavy rust stains in the bath area, and a damaged wall in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels before, and I wouldn’t return here.

The property was very clean, the bathroom was updated, the A/C worked well (though a bit loud), and the staff were very friendly, but the freight train next door blew its horn about once an hour—something not mentioned in the reviews I read—and the walls were thin enough that we could hear guests upstairs until 3 am. The biggest issue was the pillows: nice and thick but as hard as rocks, so I had to take clothes out of my suitcase to use as a pillow.
