The staff were accommodating and let me check in early. The noise from the renovations, the loud housekeeping chatter, and the very noisy air‑conditioner were all annoying.

Close to the beach. The staff were quite rude, holding onto your passport with no option to leave a deposit even though a sign says you can leave your passport or 1,500,000 VND; they only accepted cash, didn’t give a receipt, and were pushy about checking out, even messaging me at 8 am on WhatsApp to leave the room.

They agreed to an early check‑in. The noise from the renovations on the floor and the constant loud chatter of the housekeeping staff were distracting.

The room was close to the sea, but the cleaning staff never came, the balcony was left untouched, and everything on the balcony was old, with rusted and cracked tiles; the room felt worn out.
