The spa could be used by kids from 10‑16 h, the location was right on the dike and close to a bakery, bus, and restaurant, and the décor was lovely. During our three‑night stay a massage or treatment was not available because of a staff illness, and the reception staff were at times a bit curt and not very helpful.

The young hotel team was great, the location was superb and we walked by the sea for hours; Sankt Peter Ording was very clean and the fees were well organized. The downside is that there are a lot of dogs.

Our room, the hotel, and the lounge were all very nice; breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were also very good. In the sauna area it was quite loud, guests didn’t respect quietness, and a few signs with reminders might help; the toilet‑door set installed in our room was annoying and kept breaking down.

Everything: the great location, the equipment, the staff, the ambience, the cleanliness – we had nothing to complain about. We have no criticisms; it’s a full recommendation.
