“Certainly worked for me.”
I spent two nights in late July, 2026 and found it pretty good value for the money. Very clean. Growing up in a place very similar to Lake Erie Lodge, I know what to look for and it definitely passed my inspection. Quiet, with no noise from adjacent rooms. A special request was accommodated without fuss or drama. I’d not hesitate to return.

My stay at the hotel was, well, acceptable, but I didn't have any particularly positive or negative experiences to share.
“Not a vacation lodge, but a place to lay your head”
I appreciated the hotel's great location, close to the Marina, and the friendly staff who made my stay more enjoyable. However, I was a bit let down by the decor, which felt a bit tired and in need of an update. Additionally, I didn't find the beds to be particularly comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
