While I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, my stay was marred by several issues. The staff seemed untrained and struggled to manage our request, they demanded full payment upfront which was not clearly stated during booking. Additionally, the room was cramped, the intercom wasn't working, and the TV was quite small at 20 inches. To top it off, there was no restaurant on site, which was a significant inconvenience.

The staff member who attended to us was friendly and provided good service, which was a positive note during our stay. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, particularly the blankets and bed sheets could have been fresher. Overall, while the service was good, the room's condition was a letdown.

Being centrally located was a major plus for this hotel, making it easy to explore the city. However, I was caught off guard when they asked for payment before check-in, which contradicted the booking information that stated no prepayment was required. This miscommunication caused some inconvenience, and I wish they had been clearer about their policies upfront.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived only to find out they wouldn't let us check in because they claimed we hadn't made a prepayment, even though our booking confirmation said no prepayment was required. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to listen, leaving us to search for another place to stay with our luggage at midnight. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer to help us book a cab or make a call, which added to our frustration and disappointment.
