The whole staff was attentive and very pleasant; my dog was given water, biscuits, and a bed he adored. Being within walking distance of everything is a bonus. I know you can't have everything, but the noise from the cantaba made it hard to sleep.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean, well located, had wonderful staff, a comfortable bed, and a great shower. Breakfast was excellent, with coffee, sweet bread, a fruit plate with yogurt and granola, and a cooked item available on request. The staff were very accommodating, letting us have breakfast a bit earlier if needed. The location was great relative to the Zócalo, Santo Domingo cathedral, and many restaurants.
