The staff were extremely friendly and the place was clean, but the room wasn’t smoke‑free—there was a persistent old smoking smell every time I entered. The room was small for the price, and I had no refrigerator; the microwave was shared. When I asked for a refrigerator, I was told I’d need to have mentioned it when booking. What?

Everything was amazing, and it was so quiet and peaceful, but I couldn’t see much of the lake from my room.
