The location is very convenient, but the room was too small, the bathroom tiny, and there was no space for luggage or to put things down. The first room assigned had a conditioner that seemed to spray dust onto the bed, so they swapped it immediately with an identical one.

I was close to the palaces, which was convenient, but the room felt quite cramped.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the subway and right in the heart of Insadong, and it’s clean. The rooms are small for four people plus luggage.
