The room was clean, the shower worked well and the heating was functional, and there were plenty of towels. The toilet was rather small, so my knees kept hitting the door. In the kitchen there was a distinct smell that wasn’t necessarily bad but was different. The price could have been a little lower.

The situation wasn’t good for people, pets, and children, and the Wi‑Fi wasn’t secure. The heater warmed poorly. The manager was digitally reachable and provided good service.

The location was fine. The room description on .com didn’t match the actual room – it wasn’t a large bed but separate beds, the bathroom had only a small shower and a tiny sink with only cold water, and the toilet was on the hallway.

The departure was the only good part. The reception was ordinary and very unfriendly. They said, “upstairs is your room,” and that was it! I left again 30 minutes after arrival. A day later I emailed them and they offered a conversation, but there was no reply—only an email saying, “we also have no reception.” I wondered if I had asked that or if the word reception appeared in my email contact.

The bed was good. The toilet was not in the room, there was no trash bin, and it was very noisy.
