The breakfast options are amazing! Plus, the location is very central and you can head straight to the beach. The only downside is the seaweed, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; the gym could be better and cleaner.

Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and pleasant. The location is perfect, almost on 5th Avenue, just a few meters from the pier where the ferry to Cozumel departs, and it’s an hour from Cancun and an hour from Tulum, with Xcaret parks nearby. The only complaint: there’s no parking service for cars.

The rooms are very pretty, the bed is super comfy and relaxing, I really liked the facilities, and the location near the sea was great. Everything I asked for was there, the staff was very kind, the restaurant and breakfast were handled well, and I would come back! 🌞🤗🙌🏽

Very close to 5th Avenue, the staff is friendly. The place feels a bit old.
