This hotel felt really secure, and the receptionist was super friendly. The only issue was that the hot water wasn't working, but everything else was great. The staff and location made up for the lack of hot water, so it wasn't a total loss.

The facilities were really good, I was impressed with the setup. Unfortunately, I never got my bill, which was a bit frustrating. Despite that, I thought the hotel was well-maintained and had a lot to offer.

The hotel was conveniently located near my work meeting spot, which was a huge plus. However, the room phone wasn't working, so I had to use my mobile to contact the reception to sort out dinner and breakfast. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least the location made up for it.
