The location is convenient, in the tourist area of Chugureti, with all attractions within walking distance, a supermarket and café nearby, and good Wi‑Fi. We stayed for 7 days. On the first day we were greeted quite warmly by two girls, one of whom was Nino. The next day, after check‑in, a “cleaning” was carried out, which basically meant taking out the trash and putting in extra toilet paper—nothing more. After that we hardly saw any staff, neither at the reception nor in the hotel. During our entire seven‑day stay, the staff met us only once, so asking for anything was impossible. Room cleaning stopped, towels weren’t changed, the toilet paper ran out and we had to buy it ourselves, and the garbage was never taken out, even though the nearest bins were a few blocks away. Room 3 had very high ceilings, so the air‑conditioner barely cooled it, making it uncomfortable. The beds creaked so loudly that it felt like the whole hotel heard it, yet there were almost no noises from neighboring rooms. The balcony was decent, but staff didn’t monitor it: the condensate containers overflowed and water dripped from our balcony straight onto a street café on the first floor. The worst part was the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom of room 3—many, not just a few accidental ones. The room only had a kettle and mugs; no bath accessories were provided, and on the first day we received only two tubes of shampoo and body wash. The shared refrigerator is at the reception. In the last few days there was no hot water. Overall, the experience was extremely negative, with almost no service, cleaning, or staff attention over seven days. Considering all these shortcomings, I would only advise paying a little extra and choosing another hotel.
