An excellent, quiet spot near the city centre, the room was very comfortable and clean, daily housekeeping and towel changes, a tasty breakfast, and most importantly a very friendly and helpful manager who always brightened our day; a fridge in the room might be a good addition.

The staff were kind, the accommodation organisation was very friendly, the room was air‑conditioned (with the fan pointed away from the bed), the bathroom was clean, there was a TV, and breakfast was good with a variety of choices and fresh fruit; everything was fine overall, though the bathroom door in room 105 slid poorly.

Ana is great and very responsive if you have questions or need anything, the location is great, the building is nice with some outdoor common spaces; it would be nice to have a cup or glass (or two) in the room, and the sliding door to the bathroom did not slide well, making it very difficult to open and close.

The place has been freshly renovated, everything is spotless and smells nice, the location is great and very quiet, the room feels snug, so if I ever need to return to Leira I’ll definitely book here again.

Breakfast was disappointing.
