We liked the location (very quiet and close to restaurants), the staff is very friendly, the place is great – very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful terraces with a great view. Mostly cold water, but everything else was fine.

The guest house sits in a convenient spot – a quiet street but only a 10‑minute walk to the ferry station. There’s a nice rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast or simply watch the sunset. The host was very nice, waiting for us late until we finally arrived. He also arranged a good transfer to Dendera, for which we’re grateful. We felt safe and comfortable there. He prepared takeaway breakfasts for us, as we usually had to leave early in the morning. I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The highlight was definitely the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff, especially Mohammed, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had to leave early, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for everything. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The facility was tidy, clean, and comfortable, though the gardens felt a little neglected. We left early each morning and were kindly given “to-go” breakfast kits. Kirolos arranged a driver for our airport transfers, and we also got a drop‑off at Karnak (thanks, Khalif!). The accommodation sits on a safe, quiet street not far from the ferry dock. The small room had a comfy, firm bed—exactly what we needed—and I’d stay at Mikhaila house again and recommend it to others. I only wish I could have joined the regular breakfast on the roof terrace!
