The hotel's room and location were actually pretty great, but the service was a major letdown. I booked a single occupancy deluxe room with breakfast for three days, but every morning I had to remind them to bring my breakfast. They didn't even provide a dustbin in the room, and I had to ask multiple times for one. To top it all off, I had to carry my own luggage and there was no tea or coffee kit in the room. It was a really frustrating experience.

The hotel was a complete disaster. The room was a mess and hadn't been cleaned at all. It was like they didn't care about providing a decent place for guests to stay.

I was really disappointed with the hotel's reservation process. I had booked a room online, but when I arrived, they had already given it to someone else. It was a huge hassle to get sorted out.
