Their rooms are really not up to standard for a hotel. Their breakfast was poor, no cereal whatsoever. No DSTV in. Breakfast was poor. Bathroom shower was too small.

The rooms were spotless and the new managers are extremely friendly.

The only good thing was the location, but the air conditioner didn’t work well.

There was nothing to like. The rooms were not ready when I arrived, so I had to call the front desk to get toilet paper, towels, soaps and coffee placed in both rooms. The windows and ceilings hadn’t been cleaned for a while, and the carpets were dirty. I had to run the water for a while before hot water came through. All the lights went out at 7 pm and no staff were available for inquiries or complaints. I was called at 07:30 to tell me the dining room was too cold, so they suggested we have breakfast in our rooms, which I agreed to. My order was taken, but the food I ordered was delivered to the rooms. There was no space for the food, so I had to move the coffee station onto the dressing table. The water for the coffee had to be boiled at the headboard because there were no plug points at the coffee station. I paid R2650 for two rooms, which is not worth a penny of what was spent. I will not revisit or recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you.
