The evening and dinner were very nice. There was an empty water bottle under the bed.
The place was quiet and clean, both the hotel and the room. Breakfast was plentiful, offering both salty and sweet options. The staff were extremely kind, and the location was convenient for walking to the center.

The staff were always very helpful and the facility was well organized, with a variety of activities and treatments. However, the stay was a bit pricey, the elevators were small and slow, and American Express was not accepted. Overall, the building feels dated and would benefit from renovations in several areas.

The spa was excellent and affordable, and the masseuse pinpointed my neck and back pain without me having to explain. The pool area was spotless, with plenty of chairs and sun loungers both outside and inside, even though the garden itself is small. The staff were kind and friendly, giving the hotel a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s just a short walk from Abano Terme’s center. On the downside, the hotel itself feels a bit worn out, and during the day and evening there were no staff available, making it hard to get service at the poolside bar or the main bar. The breakfast in the room was small and cramped.
