“Perfect”

We got bumped into a huge suite overlooking the Thames, and the staff were fantastic. Parking on the property was a nice bonus. Nothing else to add.

The hotel’s quirky décor and quiet environment gave us a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive, but when we entered the dining area we were asked about our egg preference and the eggs arrived at our table before we even had our drinks.

“Excellent stay.. loved it!”

Everything was excellent from the customer service at check-in to the check out. Room was brilliant, hot tub was amazing and the spa facilities were great. Just an overall great stay!. Maybe more channels on the television

“Not worth the money at all. Very outdated hotel pretending to be modern. Would not recommend to anybody.”

Clean. Charged at a premium for suites yet the decor is very outdated. Signage had misspelt words. You’d think that paying for the most expensive rooms would come with sound proof walls and a smart tv - it does not. Very underwhelming room for the price, only decent thing about it was the hot tub. Wifi was terrible the entire stay and the instructions on obtaining wifi are incorrect, i had to personally ask wifi for the hotel password after being given incorrect information at reception. Suites are on 2nd floor, can’t even get a nice view for such an expensive price point. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. Beds had ugly sheets and the carpet in the suites was also ugly and old

“We booked a suite for my birthday and I was blown away by the size of the room. It was extremely large. We had breakfast”

The staff and the hotel were lovely, and I appreciated how quiet it was, even though it was busy.
