The welcome was nice, room no. 15 was quiet, the air‑conditioning was silent, and the value for money (at this period, 09/26) was perfect. It might help to specify the location as “lighthouse hotel,” but there’s always someone around to assist.

The hotel’s location and the staff’s treatment were positive. The only downside was the lack of places to hang clothes if you’re staying a few days.

Dmitry, the owner, was fantastic—very welcoming and full of useful tips and advice. He knew many hidden spots and provided great information about them, even arranging a nice tour at a good price. The room itself had a comfortable bed, working AC, and hot water. It was just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, so it stayed quiet and away from the ongoing party music, letting me enjoy the town and then return to a peaceful sleep. Some reviews mentioned the room could use a bit of renovation, but I found it charming. A common area to relax and hang out outside the room would have been nice, but otherwise there were no complaints.
