The bedding was clean and the location was convenient, yet the front of the property was filthy, the room felt basic for the price, the shower was broken and hung off the wall, water leaked out of the electric shower’s base (unsafe), the toilet seat didn’t fit, and the TV remote, window shutters, and shelves were all dusty and dirty.

The place was decent overall, but the bath had drainage problems—water pooled during showers—and the wash‑up sink suffered the same issue.

Easy access, a good location, and the place was clean, but I rated the staff poorly because there were no staff present.

No road noise, a comfortable bed, and a good location, but the price was hugely disappointing; the access info was unclear, the hallway was poorly maintained with dangling security‑camera cables, Room 4 smelled bad and looked nothing like the photos—shoddy paint, tatty furnishings, a coffee tray with a kettle too big for the tiny sink, no tap to fill it, no socket near the shelf so I had to boil on the floor, only one coat hanger for a double room, a mis‑attached radiator, and a shelf full of fake flowers; over £100 felt unjustified for Brighton, it should be £50 at most.

The location was excellent, but the room was very small.
