Location and breakfast were good; the staff prepared take‑away breakfast for us. The SPA area was closed because it's still summer season. One day was cold and rainy, so a sauna or jacuzzi would have been nice.

The ski lift is close. The services offered at the hotel lack clarity.

The location is convenient for day trips and the bike path is right next door. The front desk staff were friendly, and the restaurant staff were also pleasant. The mattress was really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we found dirty dishes at the restaurant. The three‑star hotel feels a bit dated.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, pet‑friendly (extra €10), and the staff are friendly. Check‑out is at 9 a.m. (not 10 a.m. as advertised). When we arrived for breakfast, there was almost nothing left, but the croissants were very tasty. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the balcony was long and connected to other units, so the smell could have come from there.
