My family and I spent a week at the Best Western Runway Hotel during a tough family visit, bringing our two‑year‑old along; the staff’s kindness and attentiveness made the trip far easier and more comfortable, with no request ever being too much trouble. They opened the business centre for my husband at 5:00 a.m. and even prepared non‑spicy meals for our toddler, handling every request promptly and always with a smile. A special thank you to Bokul from the restaurant and Juwel from housekeeping for their wonderful care. The hotel felt like a home away from home, and we’d gladly return on our next visit.
