“Friendly staff and a great location, especially if you’re going to Cedar Point!”

Star was very friendly, and everything within walking distance from the room was awesome! The bowling alley closed both nights… it seems there are many complaints about it, but nothing was done to improve the situation.

“Decent, different, crappy locals. Staff was nice”

The place stood out with on‑site activities and was close to the park. It was an interesting venue, the staff was courteous and responsive, but the only problem was the loud, swearing, and arguing local guests who were let in later. They were loud, swearing at each other and the staff, and nothing was done, which makes me think twice about returning. I will warn others with reviews stating such. Protect your staff and guests, hold people accountable for their actions. Police should have been called, but weren’t.

“Good for a clean sleeping room after Cedar Point, but not a relaxing getaway.”

The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. The fireplace was a nice touch and the décor was also nice. The room was rather noisy because of regular foot traffic in and out of the Thirsty Pony. A private party was literally across the hall from our room and it was obnoxiously loud. The attendees also congregated in the parking lot and around the entrance for hours afterward.

“Date night with my spouse was phenomenal”

It was a fantastic experience; I really appreciate the free bottle of wine and drinks! It exceeded my expectations. Everything was great.

The hotel’s link to a bowling alley, a bar, and a restaurant makes it pretty dope about the property.
