The breakfast buffet and swimming pool were great, and the room’s design was nice. However, every pillow was too soft and caused a neck ache, and the first room had a strong stale cigarette smell, so the staff quickly switched me to another room.
The environment was clean.

The hotel was very clean and the cleaners did a wonderful job every day. The room’s facilities were great, especially the shower. The hotel is well run with friendly, helpful staff. A big thank you to Jerry who helped me and my family from NZ, and the GM greeted us in person. The only downside was that the fridge didn’t keep food and drinks cold.

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was fantastic, very clean, and the location was good. When the front desk asked when I would leave for the airport and I said my flight was at 4 pm, they automatically offered me a free late check‑out. Thank you! No problems at all.
