The breakfast was decent, and the curtains blocked light well. However, there was no trash bin or toothbrush in the room, and the fridge didn’t work.

Everyone on staff, especially the hotel manager, was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Though breakfast and dinner were supposed to be buffet, only à la carte was offered because of low attendance; the menu was still extensive and varied, with generous portions. The spa area requires an extra fee per person and a bathing cap that must be worn there. In my view, the stay’s price should have covered these extras, yet it was worth it after a long day of hiking. Parking, whether in the underground garage or on the street in front of the hotel, also costs extra. Overall, it was a great stay and the hotel itself had no faults. My only criticism is that services like the spa and parking should have been included in the price. Still, I would recommend the hotel and would like to return.

La chambre, le petit déjeuner, la propreté de l’établissement. - Manque d’informations concernant l’espace aquatique : accès payant (20€ par personne), et il faut prévoir un bonnet de bain et des tongs. - La mauvaise isolation des chambres - Le personnel ne parle pas français alors que nous sommes à 10 minutes de la frontière
