The location was nice, near Tanger which is why I went to Branson! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The place has a lot of potential and there were signs announcing upcoming renovations. I liked the jacuzzi tub, but I had to clean it myself to reach my standards. The bed had seen better days, but with the renovations coming, this place will become a great success once the details are sorted out. I’d love to return one day to see the improvements.

Nothing positive. The staff were unhelpful and never around when needed. The place was dirty, ran out of supplies, never got new towels, trash was never taken out so we had to do it ourselves. No one ever checked on us. The pool was filthy.

I liked the staff, they were very nice and helpful. If you’re just sleeping there it’s fantastic. It was very quiet at night. I would stay again. The jacuzzi tub in the room was excellent. It is long overdue for some updates, new mattresses. The room was just dated, now under new management. Give them a little time and they can fix it up. The location is good.
