Located 2 km from Rotorua city centre, Brylin Motel features spacious studios and apartments with spa baths, free Wi-Fi, and kitchenettes. Many units have balconies, full kitchens, and 48-inch LED-screen TVs. Guests enjoy access to a tour desk and free car parking. The shower was the best part, and overall the stay was beautiful. The floors, however, are squeaky.

The room was spacious and came with a small kitchenette that let us cook. It’s a 5 min drive or 25 min walk from Rotorua’s centre, and even though it’s on a busy road, the traffic noise didn’t bother us. The spa bath vents could have been cleaned a bit better.

Everything was excellent, and they were super accommodating about our arrival time. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Parking was very difficult, the shower and bathroom walls need proper cleaning, and the kitchen was badly organised, making it hard to use. The whole place was not as it appeared in the advertising photos, and we had to stay an extra night and were charged a lot more than the original two nights.
