The experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend staying here. The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I checked in, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers were clearly not fresh or properly washed. Even though I kept insisting they had already been changed, they only swapped them after I pointed out visible dust, hair, and dirt. Their attitude was let‑down, as they seemed more interested in denying the issue than fixing it quickly. Another major let‑down was the so‑called “breakfast included.” It was extremely poor in quality and variety. There were no eggs or any other protein‑rich options. Breakfast was limited to basic items like puri‑sabji or bread with jam, which is far below what one would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. In short, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard breakfast made the stay unpleasant. I strongly suggest travelers look elsewhere if they care about hygiene, hospitality, and a decent breakfast.

“Average room.”

The bed sofa could be a bit better. The window is unsafe for families with children. The bed itself is uncomfortable, the windows are not child‑safe, and the AC makes more noise when it turns on.
