The location was clean, with good mattresses. They explained everything clearly ahead of time so I had no doubts.

The hotel is close to the Basilica, and the host Alexandre is very friendly and polite. There’s an on‑site restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Because my room was above the restaurant, I was woken before 6 am by conversations, music, and the restaurant’s noise. I suggest a bit more silence and staff understanding of the situation.

The hotel cancelled my booking and pushed me to book a pricier room, and now they’re claiming I didn’t show up even though it was the hotel that cancelled the reservation.
