The service was good, but when we checked in they didn't provide enough towels for the number of people, nor bathroom towels, and the Wi‑Fi was awful—never worked, so if you need to stay on top of work it's not an option. The pool water was very cold. No towels, no Wi‑Fi, and the pool water was cold.

I liked it a lot and the service was very good. I didn’t like that I only stayed one night; I would have liked to stay longer.

The restaurant serves great food and the room is comfortable. We had booked the stay telling them we were bringing a pet (cat) and when we arrived they gave us a hard time because they said they hadn’t been notified. I booked three weeks ahead and told them it would have to be sorted out anyway. In the end they gave us a room and we had no major issues. The room was fine, only the windows lack screens and there are no fans; Huichapan is usually cool, but during our stay it did feel hot during the day.
