The Fountain Inn, located in West Cowes, offers harbour views from its al fresco dining area overlooking the River Medina. This historic inn, a step from the ferry terminal and one mile from Cowes' seafront, features free Wi-Fi, a traditional restaurant, and live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Bedrooms have warm tones, en suite bathrooms, and some offer sea views.

The location is ideal, right next to the passenger ferry, and the building itself is lovely and historic. The staff were delightful and friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the room comfortable. The lack of a lift might be a problem for some.

The locals on staff were friendly and always ready to help, the room was comfortable, and the food was great. I can’t find anything to complain about; we had a fabulous time.

The location is very convenient, the staff are welcoming, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is powerful. I wish there were bedside table lamps.

The location is good, the room is well equipped—even an ironing board and iron were provided—and the staff are amazing. The carpets need replacing, public areas need more cleaning, and the public toilets require a deep clean.
