I liked the building, but the price didn’t match the services. I absolutely hated the place and the fact that it’s on the ground floor; we found more than one cockroach inside. They asked me for an extra fee for my small dog, even though we had already mentioned it during booking. The staff who run the place were poorly organized, there was no shower gel or soap even though it’s a four‑star hotel, and we paid €300 for a single roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. The room was never cleaned during our vacation, and we were treated like a hostel even though we paid for a five‑star experience.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and had many comforts. The location is only good for getting to Gallipoli; otherwise it feels disconnected from everything else, and you have to drive at least 30–40 km to get around.
