The moment we crossed the threshold of Romito, we felt transported into a small oasis of peace. The location is meticulously cared for, respecting the spirit of the place and honoring its origins. The real highlight of the weekend was meeting the owners, who welcomed us immediately with warmth, availability, and absolute friendliness. Their passion for what they do shines through in everything, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed their delicacies: they produce much in-house and meticulously source the rest from the region to offer authentic, high‑quality products. The truffle is an absolute must‑try! It felt like we rested for much longer, and when we left, we felt we had left a super pleasant place that seemed like we had spent much more time there, which made us appreciate how good we had been. We found the rooms well‑furnished and clean, preserving the ancient building’s character while offering all modern comforts. The owners were very kind and super available, making us feel at home and pampered. The dinner was excellent; they offered a tasting menu with all local specialties, genuine, lovingly prepared, truly unexpected. The breakfast was super abundant and of great quality, a buffet of sweet and savory foods, all km‑0, of a deliciousness hard to find.
