A young man at the front desk left an impression the moment we arrived; he was helpful, friendly, and calm. The room was just right and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked a small table for our luggage, and the storage space was limited.
The key lock didn't work; opening it took about twenty minutes. I mentioned it in the morning and was told it was poorly functioning and probably needed to be replaced – why hadn't it been swapped already, now that we knew?
