The reception staff were very friendly and the room was clean. However, there was a lot of nighttime noise from the area near the building that could be heard from the rooms, and the breakfast was very basic with few fruits and bakery options.

The ladies who run reception and serve breakfast are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is very good, though cereal is offered but no bowl or milk. The rooms are spacious, the double bed we had was huge and the place was very clean. It’s also nice to have a fridge in the room. It’s a lovely place, and the location is great for walking into the historic centre. We may have just been unlucky since we stayed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, but the noise from a bar on the forecourt of the garage opposite was horrendous. People who party there are disrespectful as they race their cars with massive speakers until 2 am, and the bar itself had loud music until at least midnight. At times it was so bad the room was vibrating. I appreciate this isn’t the hotel’s fault and they can’t do anything about it, but it was very disruptive. Also birds seem to nest on the roof outside the room we were in, and there were about 50 of them chirping very early. The bed in the room could use more pillows as they’re very flat, but we managed!

“Honesta pelo valor”

Breakfast was sincere with varied options, the room was okay, and the location is a bit far to walk… it’s a bit tiring to go back and forth on foot… The staff are wonderful… Lu and Carmen are marvelous, kind, and welcoming humans. The distance from the centre is the only issue.
