The only good thing was the location, very close to Kandy city. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, the beds and towel were poor, and the staff didn’t give me the cups and plates I asked for—when I asked for two cups they only gave me one and claimed it was the owner’s kitchen. The owner’s behavior made me uncomfortable, so I won’t stay here again.

The owner and the staff were very kind and friendly, and the place is in the heart of Kandy, which makes moving around easier. The vibe and aesthetics of the villa are sophisticated, but the washroom equipment wasn’t fully functional and the cleanliness could be improved.
