The location is very good and the place is clean. Breakfast was nice but could definitely be improved. The pool area is pleasant. The building is old with unrefurbished facilities; the room doors were old and the toilet got stuck on the first night. Noise from other rooms—people yelling and a dog barking—made it hard to expect a very relaxing and quiet stay.

The hotel is well‑situated in Gaslamp, the breakfast is very good, the gym is pleasant and not in a basement or a windowless room (it has a city view), the pool is nice. The room and bedding quality are high; I recommend it. Nothing to add.

The location and facilities are good. Customer service was lacking: a week after leaving, there were still retained amounts, and a management error cost me money.
