“من الالف الى الياء كل شي فوق الوصف”
Everything was beyond description, and there was nothing negative.
“Warmfull”
Amenities included a sauna and breakfast; the Guest Experience Executive was very helpful, though I could only have breakfast in shorts.
Upgraded to a spacious, luxurious suite as a Hilton Honors member, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable; the hotel’s direct link to the metro station and shopping mall made everything very convenient. However, the dining was limited because both restaurants served only buffet on the night I stayed.
“An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and a memorable suite upgrade.”
I had an excellent stay at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are outstanding. The location is convenient, and the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. A special thank you goes to Ms. Mona Ruby, Guest Experience Executive, for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in ensuring that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of Hilton hospitality. Nothing significant. My experience was excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding service
I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton. A very special thank you to Karisaa Romulo, who assisted me even before my arrival and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my experience truly special. Many thanks also to the entire reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The hotel is unique and beautiful, and the apartment was exceptionally clean, elegant, spacious, and comfortable. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I truly look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!
