The management and the hotel itself are fantastic, the rooms are great, and everything is spotless and cozy—I’ll definitely come back.

Neena is kind, responsive, and ready to help with anything; the large, comfortable bed, mattress, and pillows are super cozy, and the blanket is warm. The kitchenware is available, and upon arrival, two bottles of water are provided. A 7‑Eleven, Tops, and the Wilai Thai Massage salon—clean and high‑quality service for the same price as elsewhere—are nearby. Hot water works fine, the towels are fluffy, not thin, and the AC runs smoothly without noise. Laundry is just a minute’s walk away. On the downside, there are stains on the towels and bed linens, no place to dry clothes after the beach, and while generally quiet, a motorcycle’s noise can be heard at night. Around 9 a.m. several times, I woke to construction: a new spa and café were being built below, with drilling and hammering—temporary inconvenience. The biggest issue was ants: first found near the door on the floor, then on a shelf, and a few days later in the bathroom. Shower water drains poorly; I bought a pipe cleaner that worked for five days before the problem returned, leaving a lot of water after showers. The fridge is old and its handle is broken, the lighting is dim, and the towel‑replacement price is high—one can wash and dry towels for 100 baht at the laundry. The location suits those who take a bike; the beach is 7 minutes away by bike, but walking takes about 50 minutes.
