The heating worked well, which was a relief. However, I was not a fan of the extra charges for the beds, and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. The shower wasn't great either, but overall, it was an okay place to stay.

This hotel is super close to Winterberg, like a 10-minute drive, and it's a great base for skiing. The house and rooms have been recently renovated, and the online booking process was smooth. Yeah, the breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming - just some bread rolls and slices, no eggs or fruit - but you get what you pay for, and it's hard to find a hotel that offers breakfast for under 10 Euros.
