The staff's attitude was really off-putting - they laughed at me and the driver didn't even wait for me at the airport. When I asked why, they seemed to brush it off, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she was super unfriendly. I've traveled extensively in Europe, speaking Mandarin, but the customer service here, especially with female staff, needs a lot of work. Needless to say, I ended up booking another hotel and leaving - it was a pretty bad experience overall.
