The manager was extremely rude. He first refused our reservation for a party of 10 even though we had paid in full, then tried to add an extra charge on top of what we already paid. While we were trying to resolve the issue, some of our group were charged twice for drinks because they were from the UK. We chose not to stay and requested a full refund, which we still haven’t received. I would not recommend this place; the owner loves to rip people off.

The manager was rude, unprofessional, and mean. I had paid for my cousin to stay two nights because they were traveling and exhausted, needing a place to freshen up and rest. The receptionist tried to help, but the manager told her that my cousins would have to wait until 10 am, even though they had arrived at 4 am. There was no empathy or understanding; the manager was blatantly disrespectful. I don’t think he is good for your business because he has zero customer‑service ethics. I’m still waiting for my refund; I’ll give them another week before I post on social media about how badly we were treated here.
