Hotel Stefania Boutique Hotel by the Beach

We just came back from a week at Hôtel Stefania in Sardinia. The spot is spot‑on, a few steps from the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were always smiling, attentive and very efficient; their friendliness really made our stay successful. On the downside, the value for money feels off; the price is high for a place that, in our view, doesn’t truly deserve its 4‑star rating. The hotel could use a facelift, and our room looked dated with old equipment. We requested a 6:45 am airport transfer, but it was charged at the night rate, which seemed excessive, and the driver wasn’t a professional chauffeur, which surprised us given the price and the expected 4‑star standard.

We were greeted warmly and the whole team was incredibly attentive. The atmosphere felt cozy and family‑like, and every question was answered politely. The well‑maintained garden around the hotel was especially nice; you really feel at ease and can relax nicely. However, we weren’t entirely satisfied with the breakfast and food. For such a lovely hotel with a special vibe, we’d have liked more variety and quality at breakfast. It was heavily focused on cakes and sweet dishes; a more diverse, international menu would have been better.

“Lovely boutique hotel, which felt like an oasis.”

The grounds and gardens were lovely. The staff were friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was amazing. If you don’t have a car, the hotel is far from Olbia’s centre. The style may not suit everyone, but the photos are accurate. Generally clean, though there’s room for improvement (e.g., the shower head).

Kleines und sehr feines Boutiquehotel mit familiärem Ambiente. Super inhouse –Restaurant, sehr flottes Personal, top Lage nahe wunderschöner Bucht, OeV in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls . Nichts

“Bien mais très cher une fois sur place”

The hotel’s facilities—jacuzzi, pool, lounge chairs, nearby bar, and beach right next door—were great. The bar and restaurant prices were very high, and there were no snacks offered, no salads or poke. The indoor bar is superb but unused; you have to go outside.
