The only positives were the room’s location and the air conditioning. Upon arrival we only glanced at the room as expected, finding neatly folded towels and a hair dryer, but the whole place was covered in hair of all shapes and sizes—probably from previous guests—including on the bed, both above and below the blankets. We then moved to the bathroom, which we had to clean ourselves because it had urine stains on the toilet frame, only one roll of toilet paper, and no staff to replace it. Ants were also on the floor and bedside tables. When it was time to check out, the staff was absent and we were left alone in a terrible room, while also receiving three phishing messages on WhatsApp. Unforgettable.

The location was good, but as a bed‑and‑breakfast we expected at least a kitchen available for breakfast.
