The balcony view was gorgeous. Two gentlemen served breakfast in the morning and looked after the hotel; they were extremely pleasant and helpful. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but if you have walking or mobility problems the walk up to the hotel is very steep.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room and restaurant had beautiful views, and the balcony was nice and spacious. The room and bathroom were not very clean; a smell from the drains was detectable in the room. Access was very difficult and parking was hard. The bathroom design left no space to put cosmetics, or even to place a toothpaste and toothbrush. Breakfast was included, it was okay, but nowhere near as nice as described.

The hotel’s view was very beautiful. Our room was also beautiful; it was a wide, nice room. The breakfast area’s view was so gorgeous that we sat there for hours. They prepared breakfast one by one and made small adjustments to meet our requests. Kudos to the staff. Our stomachs and minds were well satisfied 🙂 The view is great, but as many reviews say, when you look it up on Google Maps it directs you to a closed road for car traffic. When we called the reception they quickly returned the call and showed us the correct way to go. For those not coming by car the slope can be tough, and the car exit was actually difficult. But you can also go via the castle road. It’s a win‑lose.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The hotel should have parking, but getting there is a catastrophe. We parked the car for 10 € for 24 h at a monitored parking lot. You really have to be fit to walk there; it’s very, very steep. For people who cannot do that for health reasons it’s totally unsuitable.
