We were especially impressed by the staff’s professionalism and warm welcome; they answered our requests thoughtfully and gave us useful advice about Venice. The hotel blends the grandeur of historic Venetian architecture with modern comfort, and it’s conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station. Breakfast served in the large lounge was tasty, though the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, which is a minor issue.

The hotel staff are very professional, and you can walk from the station or the parking lot. There are great restaurants nearby, and the main lobby/restaurant is beautiful. There is no lift, but the staff help you with luggage.
