The brand‑new property offers comfy beds, a sizable pool, a well‑furnished gym, and a fantastic, varied breakfast, yet the rooftop bar is pricey with mediocre food, and the staff, while eager to help, lack true hospitality instincts—twice at 10.30 pm we were bothered by a billing issue even after explaining in both French and English that we’d sort it with reception the next morning.

The staff were warm and friendly, especially Ramatoulaye at reception with her kind smile; my mom and I had a lovely stay at Sama Hotel and we strongly recommend it.
