Within 5 to 6 hours I received 10 to 12 emails and WhatsApp messages demanding payment even though the policy clearly states payment at the property, and a person called me to collect payment with a very rude, bank‑recovery‑agent‑like attitude. I had to take a bank loan to cover this, and I can’t afford the EMI. I will never stay at any fab Hotels again; I’ve already warned my corporate office.
