The room was clean and comfortable, but when I was leaving the property, already downstairs with two heavy suitcases, the cleaner came back talking to me in a language I didn’t understand and then made me climb back upstairs to see what she was pointing at. She accused me of taking a small face towel, even though I had shown it was on a chair. She should have checked properly before calling me out like that; as a full‑paying customer, I don’t appreciate her behavior at all.

The room was cozy and clean, but the air conditioning was weak in the large space and only allowed a maximum of 22 °C, so it got too hot from noon to evening; also, there was no lift, making it unsuitable for handicapped guests and seniors.
