The potions were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. We weren't warned beforehand about ongoing work in the apartment, which caused a lot of dust and construction debris in the corridor and even in the room. Even though we arrived early for check‑in, we were told the room was ready when it clearly wasn’t; we would have waited if we had known it was so messy. The room lacked toilet paper and soap until the owner was notified. The sheets were stained and torn, there was no AC remote, and the wardrobe was stuffed with cushions and blankets that had seen better days and no hooks.

“Horrible stay”

The location was fine, but the stay was disgusting: the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, with hair on the floor and shower, a pink toilet, unclean sheets and towels, and a floor that looked untouched. It seemed only the sheets were changed, no real cleaning. The hallway and outside noise were loud, and there were no curtains, letting in full light—horrible experience.

“Poor cleanliness and very disappointing communication”

The spot was handy, but the room’s mess and the way the problems were handled blew away any good points. I was let down big time. The access code didn’t arrive on time, so I had to call myself to get the entry details. When I got there, the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: other guests’ stuff was still in it, trash and cigarette butts littered the balcony, and the bathroom floor was covered in hair and dust. No towels were in the room, and when I mentioned it, I was told to grab towels from the corridor or stairs, but those smelled like cigarettes. The corridor itself had a strong cigarette odor too. None of the issues were fixed properly, and the host’s communication was bad. I have photos of the room’s condition.
